Abstract

|
Fronto-ethmoidal osteoma is relatively rare neoplasm in the of head and neck surgery. Because of it’s vincinity to brain and eyes. it can evoke difficult problems especially when is very large.
There were a few cases of clinical reports about fronto-ethmoidal osteoma which was removed by external approach without difficulty.
We experienced vered large fronto-ethmoidal osteoma extending anterior cranial fossa, orbit and nasal cavity.
Operation was done by craniofacial approach and we report it wih reviews of frontoethmoidal osteoma.
